I am a Registered Nurse in the US with over 30 years of experience, I am a native Spanish speaker and I have been living part time in Costa Rica for the last 5 years.

I know lots of good doctors and dentists and I know lots of great tour operators and places to stay.

Costa Rica Medical and Dental Concierge is the full service I offer. I coordinate it all for you, I pick you up at the airport, I transport you and translate for you, I bring you to your doctor or dentist appointments, I go with you to help clarify and translate, I bring you back to your resort or accommodations and I help you and your family plan tours and excursions all over Costa Rica.

I have a flat rate of $400 dollars per 8 hour day. (this includes transportation)

additional hours beyond the first 8 hours at 75.00 per hour

(accomodations, excursions, and all medical care are not included in the flat rate)

Initial Care Coordination Fee - This fee covers all of the coordination necessary to get your visit to Costa Rica to be a stress free experience. This includes providing you with choice of Doctors or Dentists as needed, gathering and forwarding any pertinent medical information to care provider in Costa Rica, communicating with healthcare provider to coordinate scheduling. arranging accomodations in close proximity to healthcare providers, arranging airport pickup and transportation. All of the groundwork and logistics coordination leading up to your trip

Boots on the Ground Medical and Dental Concierge Service Flat Fee covers all concierge services on day of arrival and every day of your stay during procedures and recovery. This is a flat fee for 8 hour workday and covers transportation for the full day in addition to translation services, liasion services. You are paying for undivided attention for the entire day and transportation and fuel expenses. Additional hours beyond 8 hours are billed separately at a rate of $75.00/hour in a seperate line item. Once you are back at your resort or accommodations for the day the clock stops.

Boots on the Ground Medical and Dental concierge extra hour fee covers each one hour time period beyond the 8 hour Flat fee. This fee is an starts at 15 minute mark after the end of the 8 hour flat fee and is an hourly flat fee
