Boots on the Ground Medical and Dental Concierge Service Flat Fee covers all concierge services on day of arrival and every day of your stay during procedures and recovery. This is a flat fee for 8 hour workday and covers transportation for the full day in addition to translation services, liasion services. You are paying for undivided attention for the entire day and transportation and fuel expenses. Additional hours beyond 8 hours are billed separately at a rate of $75.00/hour in a seperate line item. Once you are back at your resort or accommodations for the day the clock stops.
